Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to one-time token purchases made on Fyrso, operated by Fyrso Ltd.

1. One-time purchases

Token packages are bought as one-time purchases. There is no subscription to cancel and nothing renews automatically.

2. EU/UK right of withdrawal

As digital content supplied immediately, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once you start using the purchased tokens. Where you have not yet used any tokens from a purchase, you may request cancellation within 14 days for a refund.

3. When we refund

• A duplicate or incorrect charge.
• A technical fault on our side that prevented delivery of the tokens.
• An accidental purchase where the tokens are entirely unused.

4. How to request

Email [email protected] with your account email and the transaction reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
